Use this form to calculate enterprise zone credits which you did not receive a refund certificate for. This schedule is used to show how much credit you have available and how much you intend to use towards the current tax year liability. If you have a refund certificate issued by the Office of Economic Development and International Trade (OEDIT), do not use this form, instead use form DR 1370.
