Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) | Accommodation Options

 

The Colorado Department of Revenue does not discriminate on the basis of disability in its programs, services, activities and employment practices. Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Accommodations are available upon request.

In Person Accommodations

If you are visiting one of the Taxpayer Service Center locations and need an ADA Accommodation, please complete the form on the Accommodation Request web page. To ensure the best possible service, please complete this form at least 7 days prior to your visit. Available accommodations include auxiliary aids and services for effective communication (e.g. sign language interpreters, an assistive listening devices, or print material in a digital format), or reasonable modification to programs, services, or activities.
