The Colorado MeF Letter of Intent as well as draft schemas and documentation for all tax types are available. Permission to access the Letter of Intent must be requested by emailing dor_efileadmin@state.co.us. Once you have submitted your letter of intent and been accepted for participation, you will be given permission to access the appropriate folder(s) of schemas and information.
After requesting permission for access, you will receive an activation email that allows you to create a user name of your email address and add a private password. The system will then send you a second temporary password by email for two factor authentication that is entered on the two factor authentication screen.
