The Colorado Department of Revenue, Division of Taxation, transmitted the final report on the child care contribution tax credit study required by HB23-1091 to the General Assembly. We appreciate the strong public participation throughout our study of this credit. The written comments on the final report that were received by the comment deadline were included as an appendix to the report submitted to the General Assembly. The copy accessible by clicking on the link below includes these comments. No other changes were made to the report following its publication on July 18,2024.
