Marketplace facilitators may use this form to certify that they are registered with the Colorado Department of Revenue to collect Colorado sales taxes, and will collect and remit Colorado state and applicable state-administered local sales taxes on all taxable sales made in or through their marketplaces. Marketplace sellers will be relieved of liability for the collection of sales tax on sales made through a marketplace if they either obtain this certification from the marketplace facilitator or have a contract that explicitly provides that the marketplace facilitator will register, collect, and remit Colorado state and applicable state-administered local sales taxes.
