For tax year 2024, use this form to calculate the amount of credit only if you are the purchaser of a new qualifying motor vehicle or truck. If you are a motor vehicle dealer or financing entity that was assigned the credit, use form DR 0619 instead.
For tax year 2023, use this form to calculate the amount of credit if you are the purchaser of a new qualifying motor vehicle or truck or if you are a financing entity that was assigned the credit.
If you submit this form, submit a separate copy for each qualifying motor vehicle or truck, and also include a copy of the purchase invoice or lease agreement and proof of permanent Colorado registration.
