We greatly appreciate all who have participated in the workgroup meetings and submitted written comments. Your feedback is reflected in our recommendations to the Sales and Use Tax Simplification Task Force. Recordings of the workgroup meetings, meeting materials, and written comments received may be accessed from the public drive for the workgroup.
If you have further comments regarding the recommendations in the report, we invite you to submit them in writing by October 24, 2025 at 5:00PM. Written comments received by this deadline will be appended to the final report submitted to the task force. Please submit comments by email to DOR_TaxPolicy@state.co.us. We will also post copies of any comments received in the public drive for the workgroup.
