DENVER - December 22, 2025 - Coloradans have purchased almost $1 billion of regulated marijuana, generating almost $200 million of tax and fee revenue in calendar year 2025, according to new monthly data published today by the Colorado Department of Revenue.
DENVER — December 10, 2025 – The Colorado Department of Revenue (DOR) today announced the Average Market Rates (AMRs) for retail marijuana effective January 1 through March 31, 2026. These rates are used to help calculate the state's excise tax on retail marijuana.The AMRs for January 1 through March 31 are:
